  Warranty Policy
All products sold by Ezaecutoms.net are new, first quality (never seconds) brand name merchandise. We do offer factory reconditioned items, the condition of those items are marked as factory reconditioned and they all offer a limited warranty.
 Ezaecustoms.net will honor a full one year limited warranty on all brand new items.
All warranty claims must be made through Ezaecustoms customer service department. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact Customer service by email  customerservice@Ezaecustoms.net  , or by phone (240) 389-0152 for disposition.

Warranty

All new products unless otherwise noted carry a one year limited warranty from Ezaecustoms.net,  Depending on the manufacturer and the defect, the product may be repaired or replaced. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on defective merchandise to our company or the manufacturer.

  Ezaecustoms.net warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also voided due to user abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation.
The warranty does not cover:
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation.
  • Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being blown, burned or abused.

 Ezaecustoms.net defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates.
Blown, burned, and other abused subwoofers and speakers are not covered. Submitting any of the above will be considered out of warranty.
 Ezaecustoms.net shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty.

Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.

Shipping costs to our company are the responsibility of the customer for repairing/replacing products under warranty.

Replacements are available for a limited number of manufacturers and are provided at the discretion of Ezaecustoms.net

Limited 30 Day Return Policy on Speakers and Subwoofers
  • Return for warranty replacement due to manufacturer defects within: 30 days
    • Speakers and subwoofers that have been installed by a certified professional and are defective can be returned within 30 days of the original ship date for warranty replacement. Additional shipping costs may apply and the assessment of such costs is at the sole discretion of Ezaecustoms.net
Speakers and subwoofers that have been abused or misused are ineligible for warranty replacement. Abuse and misuse as defined by Ezaecustoms.net  includes but is not limited to:
  • Blown Woofers
  • Burnt or blackened voice coils
  • Melted adhesives
  • Coils lacking continuity or separated from the former
  • Punctured or damaged surrounds
  • Bent, chipped or broken frames
  • Worn or Broken terminals
  • Frayed or disconnected wires
  • Ripped spiders
  • Damaged back plates.
Speakers and subwoofers that have been abused or misused and are considered out of warranty will be returned at the buyer’s expense.

Dead on Arrival Claims:
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days to be eligible for a replacement.
  • Professional installation receipt documentation is required for all dead on arrival claims.
  • Some manufacturer's have no replacement warranty and can only be sent for repair.
